RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of CRM Manager. Hybrid position in Plymouth, MN. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.
What you will be doing:
- Lead new development, integrations, marketing automations, and updates to our CRM Systems.
- Train employees and create and maintain training documentation.
- Create and distribute reports related to CRM usage and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the daily administration and upkeep of the CRM Systems.
- Facilitate the effective use of our CRM Systems for sales, service, and marketing teams.
- Ensure efficient user interactions and help maximize technology benefits.
- Assist in the creation of marketing initiatives supporting overall marketing strategy, including email campaigns, print and digital advertising, photo and video, tradeshows, events, etc.
- Maintain our CRM System, Creatio, and its integrations with Sage X3 and Microsoft solutions.
- Ensure customer data accuracy and cleanliness through robust data governance.
- Provide troubleshooting support for CRM users and manage downtime or integration outages.
- Train new users and offer ongoing training for existing users.
- Create customer segmentation and personalization strategies using insights and analytics.
- Identify and implement improvements to the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Align CRM initiatives with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Support marketing team in executing the overall marketing strategy and initiatives.
- Create and distribute reports related to lead generation and opportunity tracking.
- Assist with developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party lead providers and SEO vendors.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Previous CRM and marketing automation experience required.
- Experience with Creatio and Sage X3
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members to accomplish goals.
- Strong customer service and client focus mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Project and time management skills.
- Schedule flexibility to respond to emergency situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Technical capacity with experience in PowerPoint, Photoshop, or InDesign

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year
