Location: Greater Boston Area (Hybrid | Based near South Easton, MA)
Compensation: $85K–$100K base + uncapped commission | Full-Time
Summary:
Join a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor as a Senior Sales Executive focused on driving service agreements, special projects, and preventative maintenance solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic hunter with strong Boston-area relationships and a proven ability to sell direct-to-owner. You’ll build and manage key accounts, work cross-functionally with operations, and lead the charge in expanding electrical services across Greater Boston.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business in electrical service, special projects, and PM contracts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and proposals through close
- Respond to bids and RFPs while collaborating with internal teams
- Stay ahead of market trends and identify high-impact opportunities
Experience You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of sales experience in commercial electrical contracting
- Experience selling service agreements and special projects direct-to-owner
- Proven track record of closing and growing long-term accounts
- Strong communication, time management, and CRM skills
- Deep knowledge of the Greater Boston market and existing industry connections
