What you will be doing:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand territory reach and achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, and industry partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Provide exceptional customer service while aligning product solutions with client needs
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market alignment
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on territory activity using CRM tools
Experience you will need:
Proven success in sales management, territory development, or business development
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical ability to perform market analysis and develop targeted sales strategies
Background in the window and door industry or building products
Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proficiency with CRM software and data-driven sales reporting
