Summary:
Join a high-performing Long Island mechanical services team, part of a national energy platform, as a
Senior Sales Executive focused on driving recurring service contract growth. In this role, you’ll prospect, close, and expand relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility leaders across the commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets. This is a pure hunter sales role ideal for someone who knows HVAC service, understands PM contract value, and is ready to own the Mineola territory.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell preventative maintenance and HVAC service contracts across Long Island and nearby metro areas
- Target commercial real estate, healthcare, and institutional facility stakeholders
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through in-person outreach and local networking
- Conduct site walk-throughs and assessments to scope opportunities
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and account management teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations
- Close business that drives recurring revenue and long-term partnership value
- Maintain CRM updates, sales tracking, and performance forecasting with discipline
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or mechanical service environments
- Selling to owners, property managers, or facilities leaders in commercial or institutional settings
- Proven success developing and closing service contracts in a competitive market
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, service planning, and contract structures
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and proposal development skills
- Based in the Long Island area with reliable transportation and local market insight
