RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Wealth Strategies Attorney. On-Site position in Sarasota, FL. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Provide estate planning services
• Manage probate administration
• Handle trust administration
• Prepare federal estate tax returns (Form 706)
• Prepare federal gift tax returns (Form 709)
• Utilize practice management systems and portals
• Conduct legal research using online services and databases
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Experience you will need:

• At least 4 years of professional estate planning law practice experience
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active Florida bar license
• Strong technological skills
• Superior research skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000/year
