RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. On-Site position in Sarasota, FL. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Handle a broad range of employment disputes, including discrimination and retaliation actions and wage and hour litigation.
• Draft employee handbooks and employment agreements.
• Counsel employers on employment law matters.
• Conduct workplace training and investigations for employers.

Experience you will need:

• Minimum 2+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Active Florida bar license in good standing.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals.
• Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000/year
