Summary:
This is a senior-level trial attorney role for a litigator with 10+ years of experience and an active book of business. Ideal for a strategic courtroom advocate with extensive first-chair trial experience, this position involves representing clients across complex commercial, real estate, and business litigation matters. The role requires strong courtroom presence, persuasive advocacy, and leadership in trial strategy. Ideal for attorneys from boutique or midsize litigation firms.

What You’ll Do:
• Represent clients in trials, hearings, and other court proceedings
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
• Lead all phases of discovery, including depositions
• Examine and cross-examine witnesses in court
• Develop and execute litigation and trial strategies
• Communicate with clients on case developments and legal strategy
• Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations

Experience You’ll Need:
• 10+ years of litigation and trial experience, including jury selection and courtroom presentation
• Portable book of business of at least $600,000
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Strong deposition, discovery, and motion practice skills
• Prior experience in business, real estate, or complex civil litigation
• Background in preparing trial exhibits and managing trial prep workflows

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000/year
