Summary:
The Director of Legal Recruiting will oversee entry-level, lateral, and partner hiring while advising firm leadership on talent strategy. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the legal market, strong cross-office communication skills, and a proven ability to execute scalable recruiting operations in a fast-paced law firm environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with firm-wide growth goals
• Lead lateral and campus hiring processes, including summer associate programs
• Partner with leadership to assess hiring needs and build consensus around strategy
• Strengthen relationships with law schools, search firms, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee candidate experience, interview training, and recruiter performance
• Monitor recruiting data, market trends, and provide strategic hiring reports

Experience You’ll Need:
8+ years in legal recruiting at a law firm, including team leadership experience REQUIRED
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, campus outreach, and lateral hiring strategy
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) 
• Experience using systems such as viRecruit, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Master's a plus
• Proven track record in diversity initiatives and attorney development

Salary: $200,000 - $235,000/year
