Summary:
This is a high-impact sales role focused on expanding and managing business in the NY, NJ, and MD regions for a leading architectural precast concrete manufacturer. Ideal for a sales professional with strong technical knowledge of precast systems, this role will be a key contributor to revenue growth and client relationship development. The position blends field sales travel with strategic proposal development and leadership collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies and client engagement plans
• Maintain active field presence with architects, contractors, and developers
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and bid submission process
• Review contracts, POs, and LOIs for accuracy and scope alignment
• Collaborate with internal departments including design and production to ensure project delivery
• Support executive leadership with market analysis and special projects
Experience You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of proven sales or estimating experience in precast concrete REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specs, and production drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office Suite
• Strong negotiation, written communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with an ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and complex workflows
