About the Role:
Seeking a mid-level transactional attorney to join its Aviation & Transportation Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated attorney to work on a wide range of commercial and asset-based transactions within a specialized and dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of experience in business or commercial law and be confident managing matters independently—with support from experienced senior attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts, including those related to asset purchases, business structuring, and financial transactions
• Assist in the structuring and execution of equipment leasing and financing deals
• Manage asset-based lending matters and related documentation
• Coordinate and complete complex transactions with guidance from senior attorneys as needed
• Collaborate with clients on strategy, execution, and risk mitigation

Ideal Background:

• 4+ years of legal experience in business transactions, commercial law, or finance/loan matters
• Strong working knowledge of deal structures, lending/finance documentation, and commercial contracting
• Experience with equipment leasing or aviation law
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage transactional workflows
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000/year
