A leading provider and installer of Division 8, 10, and 28 products in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead on-site safety operations and ensure a culture of compliance and care across all projects. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of experience managing construction safety programs, with a deep understanding of OSHA regulations, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on familiarity with commercial or civil construction sites.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and participate in job site safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

  • Develop and enforce safe equipment operating techniques and job-specific safety plans.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections on job sites and proactively address risks and hazards.

  • Train employees on safety procedures and ensure subcontractor compliance with disciplinary and safety protocols.

  • Investigate accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, and oversee related reporting and workers’ compensation claims.

  • Maintain safety manuals, logs, inspection data, and emergency contingency plans.

  • Collaborate with injured employees on return-to-work strategies.

Experience you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience managing safety and health programs in construction.

  • OSHA certification strongly recommended.

  • Experience with commercial or civil construction projects.

  • CPR/First Aid Certified.

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and local safety laws.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong judgment, leadership, and ability to work independently.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/year
