Senior Civil Engineer (P.E)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (P.E.) to support site development projects with a strong focus on industrial buildings, assisted living facilities, and retail centers. This role will work closely with real estate developers and design teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective civil engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead civil engineering design for site development of industrial, retail, and assisted living projects.

  • Coordinate with developers, architects, and other consultants to integrate engineering systems seamlessly into the overall project vision.

  • Provide technical guidance and quality control throughout all project phases.

  • Support business development efforts by contributing technical expertise to proposals and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • P.E. license required (Civil Engineering).

  • 10- 15 years of experience in site/civil design for commercial, industrial, or senior living developments.

  • Strong understanding of land development codes, permitting processes, and civil systems design.

  • Experience working directly with real estate developers is highly preferred.
