RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Territory Sales Manager. Remote position based in one of these locations, North Carolina, DC, Maryland, Richmond, or in Alabama. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What you will be doing:

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
• Generate potential leads for future sales
• Set and exceed quotas
• Track and report sales in an organized manner
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor's degree a plus
• Must have 2-5 years of sales experience (Building Materials - Single-Ply Membrane Roofing, Spray Foam Roofing, and Interior Spray Foam Insulation)
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
• Ability to travel in order to do business
• This position requires extensive travel across Virginia, North Carolina, DC, Maryland, and Alabama.
• No company vehicle/car is provided, only travel expenses will be reimbursed.
• Need candidates only from Virginia, North Carolina, DC, Maryland, and Alabama.
• This is a Base salary + commission position.
• Must come from an experience in selling Building Materials (Roofing products)
• Must have a stable employment history.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year
