What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily field operations for concrete flatwork, sidewalks, and foundation jobs
- Supervise, coordinate, and mentor concrete laborers and finishers across multiple job sites
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to younger or less experienced crew members to help grow their skills and confidence
- Ensure quality, productivity, and safety compliance throughout each phase of construction
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans, ensuring jobs align with scope and specs
- Maintain strong communication with the office, project managers, and clients
- Manage materials, equipment, and logistics to keep projects moving on time and within budget
- Contribute to a positive field culture that values accountability, consistency, and team growth
What You’ll Need:
- Several years of experience in concrete construction, including flatwork and foundations
- Proven ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and uphold high-quality standards
- Strong blueprint reading, layout, and measurement skills
- Effective communication across field, office, and client interactions
- Ability to travel locally as needed and maintain a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working 50–60 hours/week during peak season; year-round employment guaranteed
- Physically capable of working on active construction sites when needed
$45 - $50/hour + overtime
