What You’ll Do:
• Develop and deliver inclusive, data-informed IEP-aligned instruction
• Collaborate with general education teachers on differentiated lesson plans
• Track and communicate student performance using daily exit ticket data
• Manage IEP compliance timelines, documentation, and SEIS records
• Engage families and stakeholders on progress and goals
• Model leadership through team collaboration and campus involvement
Experience You’ll Need:
• Valid California Education Specialist Credential (Mild/Moderate)
• At least 2 years’ experience in K–12 special education (urban preferred)
• Knowledge of IEP process, SEIS, and current SPED compliance standards
• Experience with behavior intervention strategies and academic accommodations
• Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) a plus
