Summary:
This is a high-impact sales leadership role within a global aviation organization focused on aftermarket growth. What You’ll Do:
• Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives including pricing, licensing, STCs, and retrofit programs
• Manage sales pursuits across Commercial, Business Jet, General Aviation, Distribution, and Military sectors
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and support programs
• Travel domestically and internationally to engage clients and represent the company at trade shows
• Maintain high standards of internal alignment and cross-functional project execution
• Drive and report on strategic objectives and KPIs

Experience You’ll Need:
7+ years of avionics, aerospace, or aftermarket aviation sales experience
• Proven track record in complex B2B sales and cross-functional project leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience with strategic pricing, MRO operations, distribution, and OEM licensing a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and executive stakeholders
• Proficiency in market trend analysis and sales data evaluation tools
