Summary:
This is a high-skill field technician role ideal for experienced HVAC/R professionals who specialize in commercial systems. You'll handle installation, repair, and diagnostics of advanced HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting, system knowledge, and customer interaction skills are essential to drive uptime and performance across client sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems and components
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
• Perform mechanical tasks including soldering, brazing, and welding
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and system layouts
• Maintain service records and manage parts via field service systems
• Communicate clearly with clients and document service resolutions

Experience You’ll Need:

• 6–10 years in commercial HVAC/R service and repair
• Proficiency with commercial rooftop units, cooling towers, and air handling systems
• Ability to read schematics and conduct heavy diagnostics
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
• Own tools required (replacement eligible with manager approval)
• Background check and drug screening required
