Summary:
This is a high-impact B2B sales role focused on expanding revenue and customer partnerships in the automation and industrial controls sector. Ideal for a self-starting sales professional with technical fluency in control systems, this role will own a multi-state or multi-country territory and lead strategic initiatives with OEMs, integrators, and end-users. What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned region
• Identify and close new business opportunities in automation and control systems
• Maintain and expand relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users
• Deliver technical sales presentations and lead solution-oriented discussions
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and territory performance reports
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key meetings
Experience You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in automation, controls, or industrial tech
• Deep technical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics, motion control, and sensors
• Experience managing multi-state or multi-country territories
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Engineering or technical degree preferred (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• Industrial networking knowledge (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET) is a plus
