This is a high-impact role for a seasoned litigator with significant courtroom experience in personal injury matters. What You’ll Do:
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict or resolution
• Develop and execute litigation strategy across a diverse case portfolio
• Draft motions, pleadings, trial briefs, and appellate filings
• Take and defend depositions, including PMK depositions
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
• Work closely with clients, witnesses, and internal team members to build strong cases
Experience You’ll Need:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Extensive trial and litigation experience in personal injury law
• Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy skills
• Skilled in legal drafting, deposition strategy, and trial preparation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex caseloads
