What you will be doing:
Drive sales of service agreements, including inspections, maintenance, and monitoring for fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including building owners, facility managers, and contractors.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present service proposals and negotiate contract terms to secure long-term business relationships.
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports in CRM systems.
Experience you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the fire and life safety industry or related service-based industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression system services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
