We are seeking a motivated Residential Window Sales Representative to drive window sales across new construction and remodeling projects in the Madison area. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives on field-based, in-person selling and can confidently communicate with builders, contractors, and architects. The ideal candidate combines sales acumen with working knowledge of residential construction and windows.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new business and generate qualified leads
Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with builders, remodelers, and architects
Perform window takeoffs, generate proposals, and deliver client-ready presentations
Promote window solutions and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Maintain product knowledge and keep up with industry developments
Manage CRM updates, follow-ups, and sales documentation
Research improvements for quality, productivity, and client engagement
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in residential or remodeling construction segments
Knowledge of building plans, codes, and common architectural practices
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; polished presentation delivery
Proficiency with email, CRM software, spreadsheets, and MS Office Suite
Self-motivated, goal-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments
Comfortable presenting to individuals or large groups of construction professionals
