Summary:
This role is ideal for a seasoned business development professional with strong existing relationships in the luxury interior design, architecture, and residential construction industries. You’ll spearhead client engagement, build new relationships with architects and contractors, and drive sales of premium finishes and architectural solutions. What You’ll Do:
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within high-end residential and commercial interiors
• Develop and manage relationships with architects, designers, and general contractors
• Present custom architectural product solutions and close deals
• Interpret architectural drawings and specifications for take-offs and proposals
• Create presentations, sales materials, and CRM updates to track progress
• Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Experience You’ll Need:
• Proven experience selling in the high-end residential or commercial interiors sector
• Existing network among NYC-based interior architects, designers, and contractors
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to generate proposals and take-offs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high attention to detail
