RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Associate Financial Planner. On-Site position in Bellevue, WA. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.
What you will be doing:
Assist in the preparation of client meetings and reviews, gathering information, and preparing reports.
Ensure follow-through on post-meeting tasks for the team, including but not limited to entering notes in CRM, creating Outlook tasks for team members, and coordinating with outside professionals like Estate Planning Attorneys and CPAs.
Monitor the team mailbox to provide fast and high-quality service to clients, including identifying tasks for team members and ensuring clients are updated on status in a timely and efficient manner.
Input data into the financial planning software and build strategies for the clients in conjunction with the team.
Conduct research and analysis on investment options and financial products based on the guidance of the Lead Advisor.
Support team members in handling paperwork and processing client transactions.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and client service.
Regularly monitor clients' financial situations with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience you will need:
Self-starter, organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Problem solver, and a goal-oriented team player prepared with a 'no job is beneath me' mentality.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and keep the Lead Financial Planner aware of progress and hurdles.
B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
FINRA registration, including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents) required
