Ideal for attorneys with 2–10 years of litigation experience, this role offers an immediate path to case ownership, court appearances, and collaboration with seasoned litigators in a flexible hybrid setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage cases independently from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• Handle depositions of fact and expert witnesses
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and trials
• Maintain active client communication and deliver case updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on litigation strategy

Experience You’ll Need

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 2–10 years’ experience in civil litigation (Auto, Premises Liability, Labor Law preferred)
• Experience with dispositive motions, discovery, and depositions
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Proactive, organized, and client-focused
