Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment used in injection molding. This includes hydraulic systems, electrical and electronic components, and other essential machinery. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting ability, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on injection molding machinery and supporting equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, electrical connections, and electronic controls.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to support operational efficiency and resolve technical issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards in performing daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in an injection molding or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with injection molding machinery and related support equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
