What You’ll Do:
• Handle full litigation caseload from intake through trial
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda for state and federal courts
• Manage written discovery and take/defend depositions
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Participate in trial strategy and second-chair as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients and collaborate with partners
Experience You’ll Need:
• 2–8 years of California civil litigation experience, in professional liability
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Strong command of discovery, law & motion, and deposition practice
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, Adobe, and litigation tools
• Trial prep or second-chair trial experience is a plus
