What You’ll Do

• Work as an Associate on the Intellectual Property Litigation team.
• Participate in IP and patent litigation matters.
• Operate out of the Orange County office.
• Collaborate on complex legal issues involving IP disputes.
• Contribute to legal research, motion drafting, discovery, and trial preparation.

Experience You’ll Need

• 2–5 years of total experience as a practicing attorney.
• 2–4 years experience specifically in Intellectual Property Litigation.
• At least some experience in patent litigation.
• Top law school credentials.
• Excellent legal writing skills.

• Undergraduate degree in one of the following:

• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Computer Science
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Biomedical Engineering
• Or a similar technical degree
