RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Real Estate Associate Attorney. On-Site position in New York, NY. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

What You’ll Do

• Join our Real Estate team as a junior, mid-level, or senior associate (or counsel).

• Work on a range of sophisticated real estate transactions, depending on your focus:

  • Real Estate Finance:

• Handle mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements, and preferred equity transactions.
• Represent both lenders and borrowers.

• "Dirt" Real Estate:

  • Handle joint ventures, acquisitions and sales, ground leases, and development deals.

• Draft and negotiate complex real estate documents and deal structures.

• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders.

• Maintain a high standard of legal work and client service.

• Provide support across a variety of real estate projects and client matters.

Experience You’ll Need

• Mid-level, or Senior Associate, or Counsel – open to varying experience levels.

• Required experience in at least one of the following areas:

  1. Real estate finance, including:

• Mortgage and mezzanine loan structuring
• Intercreditor agreements
• Preferred equity
• Lender- and borrower-side representation

• "Dirt" real estate, including:

• Joint ventures
• Real estate purchases and sales
• Ground leases
• Real estate development

• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.

• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills.
• A strong team-oriented mindset; must enjoy working collaboratively.
• References required.
