RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Litigation Attorney. On-Site position in San Jose, CA. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.
What you will be doing:
Represent clients in complex labor and employment matters in both federal and state court.
Prepare high-level executives for deposition and counseling.
Advise key stakeholders on the effects of ongoing litigation.
Argue dispositive motions.
Prepare for arbitration and bench and jury trials, including voir dire and witness preparation.
Engage in post-judgment motion practice.
Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced and collegial environment.
Experience you will need:
JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
Minimum of 5 years of active litigation experience.
Experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, and trial preparation.
Strong labor and employment experience preferred.
Business and real estate experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
