A growing manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Senior Cost Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment, who thrives in cross-functional settings and enjoys driving operational insights through data.

What you will be doing:

• Perform product costing and maintain accuracy of BOMs and routings

• Manage and analyze inventory and cost variances

• Conduct profitability analysis and financial reporting

• Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and planning teams

• Provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and margin performance

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of cost accounting experience

• Strong preference for experience in a manufacturing setting

• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence process improvement

• Solid understanding of inventory systems, cost structures, and variance analysis

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000/year
